The diagnosis is free for people looking for help. Our income comes from two sources: partner companies pay for each request they receive (no more than 2 companies per request, with no paid placements) and, in some condensation results, we earn a commission on purchases made through affiliate links, which are always labelled. Neither source of income changes the diagnosis.

In the event of a consumer dispute, you can turn to an alternative dispute resolution body under Portuguese Law No. 144/2015 — for example, CNIACC (www.cniacc.pt), the Lisbon Consumer Arbitration Centre (www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt) or CICAP in Porto (www.cicap.pt).
