Terms of sale

The humidade.pt shop is operated by Aljubarrota — Comércio & Serviços, Lda., company no. / VAT [to be completed], registered office [address to be completed]. Contact: geral@humidade.pt.

These terms apply to purchases made at humidade.pt/loja by consumers with a delivery address in Portugal. They are written in Portuguese and English; in case of doubt the Portuguese version prevails.

Prices are in euros and include VAT at the legal rate (23%). Shipping costs are shown before payment and added to the total.

The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed; you'll receive a confirmation email with the order summary. If an item runs out of stock after payment, we will contact you to offer a new delivery date or a full refund.

Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (card, Multibanco reference, MB WAY and other methods shown on the payment page). humidade.pt never sees or stores your card details. Multibanco orders ship once the payment is confirmed; unpaid references expire and the order is cancelled.

We ship to mainland Portugal, Madeira and the Azores within 1–2 working days of payment and email you the tracking number.

Mainland Portugal: €4.90, free from €50.00 · 2–4 working days

Madeira: €9.90 · 4–8 working days

Azores: €9.90 · 4–8 working days

Maximum delivery time: 30 days from the order (Decree-Law 24/2014). Check the parcel on delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier.

You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (Decree-Law 24/2014, art. 10). Simply tell us by email to geral@humidade.pt (you can use the model form below) before the deadline.

Return the items within 14 days of telling us, complete and without signs of use beyond what is needed to check them. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.

We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the items or proof that you sent them.

Model withdrawal form: «To Aljubarrota — Comércio & Serviços, Lda., geral@humidade.pt: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods: [order number and items], received on [date]. Name, address, date.»

All items have a 3-year legal warranty of conformity from delivery (Decree-Law 84/2021). In case of a defect you may request repair or replacement and, in the cases provided for by law, a price reduction or termination of the contract. Write to us with the order number and a short description or photo.

We issue an invoice for every order and send it by email. If you want your tax number (NIF) on it, enter it at checkout; it cannot be added after the invoice is issued.

We use your data only to process and deliver the order, issue the invoice and meet legal obligations (accounting records are kept for 10 years). The carrier receives your name, address and phone. Details in the privacy policy.

Consumer disputes may be referred to an alternative dispute resolution entity, such as CNIACC — National Arbitration Centre for Consumer Disputes (www.cniacc.pt) or the arbitration centre of your area. Portuguese law applies.
